This MOC uses fairly common/cheap parts. The hardest parts to find might be the Technic panels.

Hi Rosa, thanks for your interest in my models :-)
My Water Strider model had fully developed instructions, however that level of detail takes a lot of time. This model has an MLCad file that includes some basic steps, however you will need to install a program that can read the MLCad/LDraw files.
