Today a mini-review. I'll be looking at MOC-30664 Custom RC 42110 Landrover Defender. This MOC is from the outside the same as the 42110-1 Landrover Defender, but underneath, PowerFunctions are added that make the model remote controlled. What I am most curious at, is the performance. The Landrover is not a small or light model. Will the 2 motors be enough to power the car?

In Part 1 I covered how to find and buy the parts you will need to build this LEGO SpaceX Falcon Heavy Rocket. In this post, I will cover the build process and review the actual model.

The Rebrickable-hosted Premium MOCs feature was introduced in late 2017 when Mocplans shut down. There were thousands of LEGO fans who needed access to the building instructions they had purchased, so Rebrickable started hosting them. At the same time, it became possible to submit new MOCs using this hosting method. This is now our preferred way of hosting Premium MOCs (vs self-hosted where the designer has to serve the files and handle payments), and so I have spent a lot of time lately focusing on improvements to make it fully competitive with other digital sales platforms out there.

If there's one thing I love more than LEGO, it's space. And for the last several years, any fan of space is well aware of SpaceX and what they have achieved with their revolutionary Falcon line of rockets.

I wanted to point out a new feature I've added, since it might not be so obvious. It is designed to provide more feedback to MOC designers, as well as help you keep track and build a sort of portfolio of other people's MOCs you have built.

MOCPlans.com was a site dedicated to selling Building Instructions for MOCs. An old idea but the first site I'm aware of to try and create a dedicated platform just for LEGO MOC instructions. 

Madoca's Icarus Supercar is a 1:10 scale model of the McLaren P1. Madoca says it's heavily inspired by the McLaren, due to some small differences, but it looks damn close to me. 

The Final Round of the Top MOC Competition is over: Round 12 - December Final Rankings!. The prize for this round was €150 worth of LEGO.
